Registration

Registration studios don't dread

Studios build entries with live checks as they type, returning studios skip the wait, and a submitted entry takes change requests — not a padlock.

Live checks caught the errors before submit — none of this hit your inbox.

Who it's for

You'll know it's time when…

Corrections and “did you get our music?” fill the inbox all entry season.

Entries in one tool, money in another, a spreadsheet holding them together.

“How full is Dallas?” takes an export and a prayer.

Day one

Day one, the folder of PDFs retires

  • Studios enter routines against your real categories and caps — no re-typing.

  • Card payments settle straight to your Stripe account; checks log in the same ledger.

  • Change requests arrive in-app with approve or deny.

  • Entry counts and revenue sit live on every event page.

Part of the platform

Same login, same data, same team

  • Entries land on the same event page as staffing and travel.

  • With Tour Website on, “Sold Out” labels compute from live capacity.

  • With Finance on, entry fees and refunds flow into the event P&L.

  • One login — your coordinators pick it up, not a second product.

What you get

Everything the registration add-on does

One roster, every event

Studios keep dancers and routines in one place — CSV import included.

Live checks while they type

Wrong dancer count or age? They see it before submitting.

Caps that can't oversell

Hard caps hold even when two studios grab the last spots at once.

Paid spot holds

Studios reserve slots before routines are final; the fee credits at submit.

Music without the fire drill

Per-routine uploads, your deadline, one-click download for the MC.

Registration can be the front door

Plenty of companies start here — entries and payments first, the rest when you're ready. Same login, same data; nothing gets re-entered.

Fair questions

Can we switch mid-season?

Most companies switch between seasons, but events are independent — open your next event here while the old tool finishes. Rosters import by CSV.

Do we need this yet?

Forms are fine until the volume isn't. The tells: a matching-up spreadsheet, a corrections inbox, and no live answer to “how full is that event?”

What if we turn it off?

The registration screens close; your events, recorded entries, and exports stay. Settled payments are already in your Stripe account — the money never routed through us.
