On the roadmap

Shipped. Building. Next.

Competition-day tools — scoring, tabulation, judging, routine scheduling — are next. Same platform, so the whole business runs in one place. Follow the yarn.

The full roadmap

Live

Shipped and in use

  • Show-day settlement

Cash boxes, card-reader batches, and merch counts are settled the night of the show, and land in that event's P&L before anyone drives home. Miscounted? Undo reverses every posting and reopens the sheet.

  • QuickBooks journal export

The season's revenue and costs leave as balanced journal entries, already coded by brand and by event. Your accountant imports them; nobody rebuilds a P&L from spreadsheets.

  • The time-off calendar

Staff are assumed available and mark the exceptions on a real calendar. Admins see the whole season's gaps at a glance.

  • Document intake

Drop in the paperwork you already have — schedules, rosters, rooming lists — and the app builds itself from it.

Beta

With design partners now

  • An iOS app for the road

The event-day brief, schedule changes, and push updates in every staff pocket — built for hallways, not desks. In TestFlight beta now; App Store next.

  • The show-day schedule builder

Drag-and-drop routine scheduling and running orders that hold up backstage — stage-ready, built for the day itself rather than the office.

  • Spreadsheet view, where you want it

Events, inventory, and registrations can flip from cards to a dense sortable table — the spreadsheet your operators already think in, one toggle away. Each person's choice sticks, per page.

  • Flight-credit tracking

Airline credits from cancelled flights live in the system with their deadlines and rules, and surface the moment you book or staff someone who could use one. Nothing expires forgotten in an inbox.

Building

In active development

  • Deeper document-driven setup

More of the app assembling itself from your paperwork — every new import type means less typing between you and a running season.

  • Award purchasing & fulfillment

Order trophies, medals, and swag against real registration counts — and know what's arrived before the truck leaves.

  • Accounting sync, hands-free

The same event-coded entries, pushed into your accounting system on their own instead of downloaded and imported. Month-end stops being an errand.

Exploring

Talking to customers

  • Live scoring, judging & tabulation

Judging panels, scoring, and tabulation built for real venues — including the ones where the Wi-Fi fights back. Judges tap; placements come out the other end, in the same platform that ran the weekend.

  • Photo & video delivery

Families get their dancer's moments without the USB-stick scramble — delivered by the same system that ran the event.

  • Event-manager broadcasts

One message to every studio, family, or staffer at the event — sent from the schedule, not somebody's personal cell.
